How we use your details
This page covers the contact form and the preliminary check. It is short because we collect little.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you give it, the service you ask about and your message. From the preliminary check: your industry, your number of staff or staff range, the type of payroll system you use, your annual wage bill or its range if you give it, your region, your answers to the check questions, your name and organisation if you give them, and your email address. We also record the date, the page you used and your browser type. We do not store your IP address with your submission. We never ask for payroll records, passwords or system settings on this site.
Why
To send you the report or reply to your message, and to follow up once. If you book a call, we read your answers to prepare for it. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not share or sell them.
Where it is kept
Your submission is stored by Vercel, which hosts this site, and sent by email through Resend. Both process it for us on servers outside New Zealand and do not use it for their own purposes. We keep it for up to two years after we last hear from you, then delete it.
In your browser
The check keeps your answers in your browser tab until you send them or close the tab, so a reload does not lose them. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see and correct the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Email hello@aiauditors.nz. We reply within 20 working days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz (opens in a new tab).
Who we are
AI Auditors is a New Zealand venture by Ollie Barton-Jones (Objective, obj.nz) and Geoff Jackson (EmerTech, emertech.nz).
